Most accounting software gives you generic US tax guidance. CeiptSavor tracks the dates and rates that apply to small businesses in Minnesota — state sales tax, estimated payments, contractor filings.
Minnesota sales tax is 6.875% plus local additions. It's set as your default, so every receipt is checked against the right rate.

Is this tax software? Will you file my return?
No. CeiptSavor organises your receipts and expenses so your accountant can file accurately and quickly. It does not prepare or file tax returns, and it does not give tax advice.
What if the AI reads a receipt wrong?
Every scan shows a confidence level and you see the original image next to the extracted fields before filing. You can correct anything before it goes into your ledger.
Can my accountant log in?
Not yet — a read-only accountant portal is coming. For now, the year-end export gives your accountant everything they need: a PDF summary, CSV of all transactions, and the original images.
How long do you keep my receipt images?
Permanently for as long as your account is active. The IRS recommends keeping records for at least 3 years. We don't auto-delete and you can export a full archive at any time.
Does CeiptSavor process my images through AI?
Yes. When you scan a receipt, the image is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for extraction and a fraud check. Images are not stored by Anthropic and are not used to train AI models.
What about payroll?
CeiptSavor doesn't handle payroll. We recommend Gusto — it integrates well with the exports CeiptSavor produces.
Is my data secure?
CeiptSavor scores A on independent security testing at securityheaders.com. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your ledger is isolated at the database level — no other account can read it.
